How we share information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We do share limited browsing information with advertising partners, as described under Cookies, analytics, and advertising, and you can opt out at any time. Otherwise, we share personal information only as follows:
- Artists. The artist performing your session receives the information needed to prepare and perform it. This includes guest artists, who are independent professionals working at the studio.
- Service providers. Companies that help us operate, including our booking platform, payment processor, email marketing provider, website host and analytics (Webflow and Google Analytics), advertising partners (Google and Meta), and business email (Google Workspace). They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- Legal and safety. When required by law, legal process, or health authorities, or when needed to protect the rights, property, or safety of Casablanca, our clients, or others.
- Business transfer. If Casablanca is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.
We never disclose that you are or were a client of Casablanca without your permission, except as required by law.

Our website uses cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to function properly, measure visits, and support our advertising.
- Analytics. We use Webflow Analytics and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above. Consent forms and service records are kept for at least two years after your last visit, as required by Texas regulations, and longer where needed for legal or insurance purposes. Mailing list information is kept until you unsubscribe.
