These Terms govern your use of casablanca.studio and your appointments with Casablanca Studio LLC ("Casablanca," "we," "us"). By using our website or booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

Our services are available only to clients 18 and older. You must present a valid government-issued photo ID at every appointment. We will not begin a session without it, and the deposit is forfeited.

Appointments and deposits

Casablanca operates by appointment only. A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the quoted price is required to secure your appointment. The deposit reserves time your artist holds exclusively for you, time that could otherwise go to another client, and compensates the design work your artist completes before your session. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is received. The deposit is applied toward the final price of your tattoo.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, notify us as soon as possible. Our artists' calendars are booked well in advance, and late changes can create conflicts for other clients.

• Reschedule requests must be made at least 30 days before your appointment.
• We will do our best to accommodate a new date, but availability depends on the artist's schedule and is not guaranteed.
• Requests made with less than 30 days' notice forfeit your deposit, and a new deposit is required. At our discretion, we may instead apply your deposit toward a future booking.

• You may reschedule up to two times. A third reschedule forfeits your deposit, and a new deposit is required.
• Deposits remain valid for six months from your original appointment date. After that, the deposit is forfeited and a new deposit is required to book.

Cancellations, late arrivals, and no-shows

• If you cancel your appointment, your deposit is forfeited.
• If you do not attend your appointment, your deposit is forfeited.
• If you arrive late, your session will proceed in the remaining time where possible. If you arrive too late for your artist to proceed, the appointment is treated as a no-show. Billing begins at your scheduled start time regardless of arrival, and day and half-day sessions are charged the full rate. Your artist may extend the session at their discretion, but this is not guaranteed.
• If you arrive late and we proceed, we cannot guarantee that your tattoo will be completed within the originally agreed time frame. Additional sessions may be required at additional cost.

Cancellations by Casablanca

If we or your artist must cancel or reschedule your appointment, you may choose to apply your deposit to a new date or receive a full refund of your deposit.

Pricing and payment

Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. The final price is set by your artist and may vary with the size, detail, and time the work requires. Significant design changes after booking may change the price and the time required. Let us know about them as early as possible. Late changes that require rescheduling are subject to the rescheduling terms above. Payment of the remaining balance is due at the end of each session. Accepted payment methods are confirmed at booking.

Health and safety

• You must complete our consent form and disclose any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or pregnancy that may affect your session.
• We may refuse or stop service at our discretion, including if you appear to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or if proceeding would be unsafe.
• Following aftercare instructions is your responsibility. Healing results vary with skin type, health, and aftercare, and are not guaranteed.

Artwork and intellectual property

Each design is the original work of the artist who creates it. The artist retains all copyright in the design, including drawings, stencils, and related artwork. Your tattoo is yours to wear, but you may not reproduce the design for commercial use without the artist's written permission. Artists may decline to copy another artist's work. If you share a reference image, you confirm you have the right to share it. We use reference images only to prepare your design and never publish them.

Photography and content

Unless you opt out on your consent form, you permit Casablanca and your artist to photograph and film your tattoo and to use those images in our website, social media, portfolios, and promotional materials, without compensation. We do not show your face or name without your separate permission. See our Privacy Policy for details.

To protect the privacy of other clients, photography and filming by visitors inside the studio is not permitted without our approval.

Resident and guest artists

Artists working at Casablanca, including guest artists, are independent professionals. Each artist is responsible for the artistic direction and execution of their work.

Refunds and touch-ups

Payments for completed work are non-refundable. Touch-ups are not included in the price of your tattoo. Any touch-up is at your artist's discretion, arranged directly with them, and may be charged at the artist's rate.

Specialized sessions

Sessions performed under anesthesia or with medical personnel are governed by a separate written agreement, which controls in the event of any conflict with these Terms.

Website use

All content on this website, including images, text, and the Casablanca name, logo, and symbol, is owned by Casablanca or its artists and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission. You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it by unauthorized means.

Disclaimers

Our website and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Tattooing involves inherent risks, including infection, allergic reaction, and scarring. A tattoo is permanent, and complete removal cannot be guaranteed. Your finished tattoo may differ slightly from the drawing or stencil because of skin type, tone, and body shape. In rare cases ink can spread beneath the skin (a "blowout"), and all tattoos change as they age. You acknowledge these risks by receiving services.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Casablanca and its owners, staff, and artists are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Casablanca and its owners, staff, and artists from claims arising from your breach of these Terms or any inaccurate information you provide, including on your consent form.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when you book your appointment applies to that appointment.
